A deeply restorative sound bath meditation with ear acupressure. Together with Nicole we are offering a combination of a sound bath meditation and ear acupressure.  It is an invitation into a space of deep listening, clarity and relaxation.  Before settling in for Alchemia Sound with Nicole Benisch, vaccaria ear seeds will be applied to points in the ear by me, to support participants with a deeper emotional/energetic connection to the sense of listening and presence.
